Can my driver choose another route that has no Toll Fees?

If alternative routes without Toll Fees are available, you may coordinate with the driver. Currently, the routes that are being chosen by our drivers are being optimized by the system and might usually incur Toll Fees for faster delivery time.

Can I deliver pets via Long Distance Delivery?

No. Delivery of any living thing is not allowed (humans included).

Is the delivery fee inclusive of the toll fee & parking fee already?

The delivery fee in the app does not cover toll fees, parking fees, or other miscellaneous charges.

CASH PAYMENT METHOD: the driver may request an additional fee if you have receipts for these expenses.

PAID BY WALLET METHOD: the delivery fee will be adjusted if there are additional charges beyond the Delivery Fee upon order completion.

Is Lalamove liable to the items delivered via Long Distance Delivery for any incidental damages or loss?

Any claim with respect to the services must be made by the claimant within 24 hours (for perishable items) and within 3 business days (for non-perishable items) from the expected order completion date as indicated in the transaction details on the platform Lalamove reserves the right to reject any claim made or submitted beyond the said period.

The claimant must submit claims via Lalamove Live Chat with our customer service team and provide all necessary evidence to substantiate the claim including value of the items.

For it to be a long distance delivery, it must be at least 40kms. Additionally, you can add up to 19 drop-off points per transaction.

Choose a long distance vehicle

The rate is fixed for the first 40km starting from sedan to trucks.

Select your preferred delivery time

If none, you may opt for instant delivery pick-up by selecting "Skip".

Input Driver Remarks

Add the necessary notes and information you want to relay to your driver.

Check the other details upon booking confirmation

Confirm the Preferred Order Contact Number, Driver List Preference, and Payment Method. You may also check for available coupons.

Upon confirmation of booking, you will be redirected to Order Matching Page.
