    Open to all Lalamove users registered in the Philippines and must have a valid Lalamove account under their name

  • Who are disqualified?
     Employees of Lalamove Philippines, advertising agency Lalamove Philippines and participating outlets including their relatives up  to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion. 

    Entries will be disqualified if:
    - ORDER ID is invalid or does not match Lalamove records;
    - screenshot is altered, fabricated, copied from other users, or duplicated;
    - participant fails to provide requested documents for verification or prize claim;
    - use of bots, multiple fake accounts or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome;
    - any breach of these mechanics or applicable laws/platform policies.

  • How to join?

  • DETERMINATION OF WINNERS (within 14 days from deadline of submission of entries)
    Winners will be determined manually by a Lalamove Representative with the supervision of a DTI representative within 14 days from the deadline of submission of entries. Validation will be done through Lalamove internal trip logs / system distance value (km) attached to the ORDER ID shown in the screenshot as the official distance. The system (trip record) and google map are the basis for distance calculation. 

  • Date and Time: November 20, 2025 (3:00pm)    

  • What are the Prizes: Winner will receive ₱5,000 cash
    Prizes may either be in cash, transferable, or both cash and transferable.

  • Procedure in determination of winner
    > Winning criterion: The entry (completed booking) with the farthest completed booking distance recorded in Lalamove’s system during the campaign period will be declared the winner.
    > Distance measurement method: The Promoter will use Lalamove internal trip logs / system distance value (km) attached to the ORDER ID shown in the screenshot as the official distance. The system (trip record) and google map are the basis for distance calculation.
    > Promoter’s verification step: Before announcing the winner, the Promoter will verify: (a) that the ORDER ID exists and corresponds to a completed/paid trip in Lalamove system within the campaign period; (b) that the screenshot belongs to the submitted ORDER ID; and (c) that the participant complies with all mechanics. Failure to verify will cause disqualification and selection of the next qualifying entry.

  • NUMBER OF TIMES A PARTICIPANT CAN WIN
    Participants can only win once. Due to manual selection of winners by the Lalamove representative & DTI representative, no participant will be drawn or awarded more than once. 

  • NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS (your choice of social media ways and registered mail)
    Winners shall be notified via registered email, Registered mail, Social media (Facebook), and their names will be posted at Lalamove’s Facebook page.

  • PERIOD OF REDEMPTION/CLAIM PERIOD (Redemption of prizes is until 60days upon receipt of notification)
    Lalamove will credit the prizes to the winner’s verified GCash account starting December 1, 2025 - January 31, 2026

  • HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES
    > To claim the prize, the winner must provide a valid government-issued ID and the registered GCash number under their name for verification.

Is the delivery fee inclusive of the toll fee & parking fee already?

The delivery fee in the app does not cover toll fees, parking fees, or other miscellaneous charges.

CASH PAYMENT METHOD: the driver may request an additional fee if you have receipts for these expenses.

PAID BY WALLET METHOD: the delivery fee will be adjusted if there are additional charges beyond the Delivery Fee upon order completion.

Is Lalamove liable to the items delivered via Long Distance Delivery for any incidental damages or loss?

Any claim with respect to the services must be made by the claimant within 24 hours (for perishable items) and within 3 business days (for non-perishable items) from the expected order completion date as indicated in the transaction details on the platform Lalamove reserves the right to reject any claim made or submitted beyond the said period.

The claimant must submit claims via Lalamove Live Chat with our customer service team and provide all necessary evidence to substantiate the claim including value of the items.
