Singapore - 29th of May - Telepod announced partnership with leading on-demand logistics platform Lalamove to provide access to long term leasing of Telepod scooters to 15,000 Lalamove Driver Partners as the latest enterprise solution for last mile delivery.
By leasing Telepod’s scooter, Lalamove Driver partners can transit to the usage of Telepod’s scooters for last mile delivery to avoid ERP, parking fee and traffic jam especially in Central Business District area when delivering items. Hence, they have a convenient and, affordable option for delivery orders within close vicinity and/or around central business district without worrying about getting stuck in the city traffic, wasting fuel to look for car park and adding onto the carbon emissions. Drivers can now tap onto the hub & spoke model to deliver more efficiently and cost-effectively on Telepod’s platform.
Telepod’s e-scooter is designed by its in-house R&D team from Singapore HQ. It is ruggedised with better riding experience and capable of withstanding heavy usage for parcel delivery. Telepod’s scooter complies with LTA requirements and certifications, hence providing a hassle-free experience for enterprise partners. In addition, Lalamove drivers can recharge Telepod’s scooter at any designated Telepod battery swapping kiosk without worrying about e-scooter running out of battery throughout the day and hence delivering more parcels.
Lalamove drivers can enjoy an exclusive discounted rate on Telepod scooters and receive rebate incentives from Lalamove for achieving delivery targets using Telepod’s e-scooter. Telepod offers flexible leasing terms for driver who only do delivery during school holiday or doing it for part time using Telepod scooters.
