Important:
*Conditions for door-to-door service
(1) Door-to-door service by driver only
- The weight of each item must not exceed 25 kg and the length must not exceed 150 cm. And required to be move from the pick-up point to the drop-off point for more than 1 times.
- In case if there is no elevator available at the pick-up and drop-off point, the item(s) should not be moved for more than 1 time and the drop-off point must start from 3rd floor onwards.
- Waiting fee will apply starting from the moment the driver arrives at the pick-up and drop-off points until the driver has brought the first item into the vehicle - out of the vehicle.
(2) Door-to-door service by driver and 1 helper
- The weight of each item must not exceed 50 kg and the length must not exceed 150 cm. And required to be move from the pick-up point to the drop-off point for more than 1 times.
- In case if there is no elevator available at the pick-up and drop-off point, the item(s) should not be moved for more than 1 time and the drop-off point must start from 3rd floor onwards.
- Waiting fee will apply starting from the moment the driver arrives at the pick-up and drop-off points until the driver has brought the first item into the vehicle - out of the vehicle.
*In case user did not apply for dood-to-door service and will move the item(s) themselves, driver will wait for the user to finish. However, if driver waits for more than 25 mins, the waiting free will be applied, according to terms and conditions.

With the ability to look at multiple factors, we can better serve our customers at a fair price while helping them quickly match a driver.
Why are we implementing surcharge pricing?
We know how frustrating and long the wait can be when you have to make an urgent delivery. This is why surcharge helps strike a balance between drivers and customers by automatically regulating a price to ensure that matches can be done swiftly. That being said, actual delivery fare can be more premium when there are demand surplus; vice versa.

Lalamove Easyvan (Thailand) Limited has changed its business nature from transportation to platform services, effective from 1st February 2023 onward. From the changes, Receipt/tax invoice will no longer be issued to customers and will be replaced by Receipt. E-Receipt will be sent to you following the working cycle as table shown here.
