In consideration of these multiple factors, we can better serve our customers with fair pricing while helping them quickly match with a driver.
Why are we implementing Surcharge pricing?
We know how frustrating and long the wait can be when you have to make an urgent delivery. Surcharge pricing helps strike a balance between drivers and customers by automatically regulating a price to ensure that matching can be done faster. Actual delivery fees can then be significantly higher when there is a demand surplus to encourage more drivers to take the order. In the same way fees normalize when demand is lower.
