(Hong Kong SAR, July 6, 2023) – Lalamove, the leading on-demand delivery platform, unveiled its new Same Day Delivery service, offering SMEs more affordable, flexible, and convenient delivery options. With this new service, users can now have goods of up to 15 kg delivered across Hong Kong at a fixed price of HK$65. Orders placed by 1pm will be delivered by 9pm on the same day. This greatly reduces logistics costs for SMEs and individual customers while meeting the ever-changing needs of the market.
In a recent Lalamove survey with over 120 SMEs, over 60% of respondents named cost-saving as their top consideration when choosing delivery services. The second most important factor is flexibility, with a total of 40% of respondents selecting this option. Moreover, over 90% of SMEs reported that same day delivery logistics services would have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and business competitiveness.
