To the customers, this segment of the delivery is the most crucial. Known as last mile delivery, it refers to the last leg where goods are transported from the distribution centre to the recipient’s address. While most customers expect to receive their goods smoothly within half a day or so, business owners would know that this last lap can be a treacherous journey filled with potential pitfalls that prevent a successful transaction. At the peak of the customers’ excitement, any minor mishap could ruin their experience.

With the launch of 'Immediate' orders, the Lalamove Driver's App has been tweaked to show you the 3 types of orders available for picking up. You can now easily view the difference between scheduled and immediate orders by simply identifying the colours associated with the orders.
If you're still unsure, we decode the different order types for you:This indicates a current order: recent past or right now. Lalamovers are required to collect goods from customer as soon as you have taken the order.
This indicates a scheduled order within the same day. Lalamovers are required to arrive at pick-up point according to the scheduled time if you have taken the order. Make sure to be timely!
This indicates a scheduled order for the future, beginning from the next day and beyond. Lalamovers are required to arrive at pick-up point according to the scheduled time as stated in the order. Make sure to be timely!
