To expedite your move-out process, it is important to deliver small, miscellaneous items and fragile goods first to your new place. You can schedule a van delivery for items like these.

For scheduled multi-stop deliveries across different areas, use the "Hourly Rental" (click here for fees; starting from 3 hours minimum). This allows multiple stops without extra destination surcharges.

How to pack you stuff?

Appliances: Most don’t require boxing. Unplug cords, coil and secure them with tape, and wrap items in bubble wrap to prevent damage.

Fragile Tableware & Cookware: Wrap in bubble wrap to avoid breakage.

Furniture: Transport directly. Check container dimensions and label boxes for easy identification.

Can pets be taken on public transport in Hong Kong?

Taxis: There is no clear restriction prohibiting passengers from bringing pets onboard, but drivers may refuse to transport them for personal reasons. Therefore, the actual situation for passengers taking taxis with pets may vary depending on the individual driver's decision.

MTR, buses and trams: Pets are not allowed, with the only exception being guide dogs.

Minibuses: Drivers have the right to refuse to carry pets, but the actual situation may differ depending on the individual driver's decision.

Sun Ferry: Pets are accepted, but must comply with relevant regulations.

How does Pet Delivery work?

Each route includes a base fare plus potential additional charges (e.g., surcharges, tunnel fees).
